Kayaking Nokomis Waterways
Join us for a new kayaking tour in Nokomis on Wednesday May 15th from 09:00-12:00. We ask people to arrive at the launch NLT 08:30 to help get the kayaks set up and in the water. We will explore the beautiful Nokomis Waterways with our guide, John Sarkozy, followed by lunch at Pop’s Sunset Grill in Nokomis.

Directions to the launch site: I75 south to Exit 200 Rt. 681. Take Rt. 41 (Tamiami Trail) south to Albee Road. Turn right on Albee Road to Casey Key Rd (just over the bridge). Turn left on Casey Key Rd and about 200 yards on the left, just after the black chain link fence, will be an opening to the launch site at Nokomis Beach County Park. Pop’s Sunset Grill is located at 112 Circuit Road, Nokomis, FL 34275, directly across from the launch site.

Just a reminder that we are kayaking this Wednesday in Nokomis. You need to be at the launch site NLT 0830 hrs so the trip can start at 0900 hrs. For those that have not paid yet you can pay me on Wednesday morning. Lunch will be at Pop's Sunset Grill across from the launch site.
Remember all the Florida necessities such as sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, camera etc. See you Wednesday.
