Wednesday 19 April Inshore Fishing. Freedom Boat Club Dock 1000-1700.

12300 Manatee Ave W., Bradenton. 12300 Manatee Ave W., Bradenton. We will fish lower Tampa Bay and Anna Maria Sound. Bill Lawyer & Chris Nind have signed up so far. Two boat spaces are still available. If you do not have any saltwater tackle just let me know. I can provide. Bring whatever food and drink you want. Recommend you wear appropriate loose-fitting clothing to protect you from the sun and bring plenty of sunscreen. Florida Saltwater fishing license required unless you are a Florida Resident 65 or older. Your only cost is to share fuel expenses with others and a tip for the dock hand. To reserve your spot contact Woz NLT Monday 17 April and he will give any final instructions and detailed directions.

Saturday 6 May Anna Maria Island Beach Cleanup 0900-1100 (COMMUNITY SERVICE) Linda & Woz are going to do a beach cleanup on behalf of MOAS. You are welcome to join us. Muster at Anna Maria Community Center, 407 Magnolia Ave, Anna Maria, FL 34216. Get involved! Join us to help keep Gulf Coast beaches clean. Latex gloves, garbage bags, water and recognition for MOAS in Community Service. The planned area to cover is one mile or do as little as you want. Contact Woz or Linda to let us know you are coming. Then have a meal and/or drink right on the beach at Gulf Drive Café, 900 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL. Next cleanup- a Sarasota beach and/or water.

We have other YAHOO Events/Outings in mind and would like to see other MOAS Members and/or spouses come up with suggestions and hopefully volunteer to assist and/or organize a small event when necessary to help you out. Linda and Woz will assist you along the way. It is fun and you will be glad you were able to make MOAS an even better organization that other Members would like to participate in and that others would like to join.
